Init Cyber is a Cyber-AB authorized C3PAO built around one conviction: the defense supply chain deserves better than checkbox compliance. We're a small, focused team doing serious work: official CMMC assessments and advisory engagements that directly affect the security posture of organizations supporting the warfighter. What We Look For

• CMMC credentials: LCCA, CCA, CCP
• Deep familiarity with NIST SP 800-171, the CMMC Assessment Guide, and DFARS requirements
• Strong assessment and documentation skills including SSPs, POA&Ms, evidence packages, and findings reports
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• On the flip side, practical technical depth across cloud platforms, operating systems, and network architecture... no two client environments look the same.
• CISSP, Security+, or equivalent certifications a plus
• Prior DoD, defense contracting, or federal cybersecurity experience preferred
